Public Relations Society of America (PRSA)

I currently serve as the Vice President of Communications on the Board of Directors of the PRSA South Carolina Chapter. I volunteer my time to manage targeted social media campaigns for a network of public relations professionals in South Carolina. I also edit and design a monthly newsletter distributed to chapter members.

September 2021

Talented Tenth SC 

As a member of this board, I coordinate a program for young Black leaders, in an effort to connect them with change-makers in the Columbia, SC area. I also assist the board with social media planning, presentations, grant writing, and other communications needs.

Leadership Columbia

In this prestigious professional development program, I acted as a cultural ambassador for leaders throughout Columbia, SC. Together with my classmates, I planned, executed, and showcased a large community service project for a local nonprofit organization. We also built and nurtured relationships with Columbia’s most accomplished and brightest leaders.
